At EAC Network Solutions we take project management very seriously. A ‘PRINCE2’ qualified project manager is automatically assigned to oversee the day to day project planning and organisation of every project we undertake.

In the case of larger projects, there may be multiple project managers allocated to certain strategic areas of the project, with overall responsibility falling to a single individual.

Whatever the size of project, we respond with the skills, tools and techniques to determine the activities and level of resource needed to meet your requirements.
